Who we are

TILT Europe B.V., Snelliusstraat 5, 6604 BZ Wijchen, The Netherlands, is the controller for the personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at info@tilteurope.com.

02

What data we process

When you submit the contact form we process the details you enter: your name, company, email address, and optionally your website, country, phone number and the content of your message, together with the enquiry type and the date and time of submission.

Our hosting and email providers process standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type in their server logs for security and abuse prevention. We do not use advertising, profiling or tracking cookies, and this website does not run analytics or tracking pixels.

03

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and to route it to the right person within TILT, and to enter into or perform a commercial agreement with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, the performance of a contract.

04

Who receives it

Your enquiry is sent by email to the relevant TILT team member, with a copy to our general mailbox so that no enquiry is lost. We use a transactional email provider and a hosting provider as processors. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

05

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for our commercial administration, and are deleted when they are no longer relevant. Statutory retention periods may apply where an agreement follows.

06

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or ask for data portability. Email info@tilteurope.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

07

Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server, and enquiry data is transmitted to our email provider over encrypted connections.

08

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies and therefore does not require a cookie consent banner. Only strictly necessary technical storage is used to serve the site.
