Contact form: name, company, email address, preferred contact method, phone number (only when you choose WhatsApp or a phone call), website, country, the topic of your enquiry and your message.

Market scan: name, company, business email address, website, country of origin, sales channels, number of retailers and monthly order volume (as ranges), services of interest, target markets, preferred contact method, phone number (only for WhatsApp or a phone call) and your message. We also store your progress through the steps, the services we recommend and the TILT contact assigned to you.

Retailer access: store name, company, email address, city, country, store type, brands you carry, preferred contact method, phone number (only for WhatsApp or a phone call), website and your message.

For every form we record the page it was sent from, the date and time and, where applicable, when you gave consent. To prevent abuse we store a keyed, non-reversible code derived from your connection, never your IP address itself. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.

We use your details to answer your enquiry, route it to the right person at TILT, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, perform our agreement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

For the market scan and retailer access forms we also ask for your consent. Market-scan details are saved once you complete the first step and give consent, and updated as you continue, even if you do not finish.

Optional analytics and campaign measurement (Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insight Tag) are used only with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie preferences or by emailing us; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal.

Contact form enquiries go to the TILT contact responsible for your topic. Market-scan enquiries go to the TILT contact assigned to you, with a copy to info@tilteurope.com. Retailer access requests go to info@tilteurope.com.

We use these processors: Lovable (website hosting, database and transactional email), Supabase (database infrastructure) and our email delivery provider. Only after your consent: Google Analytics (Google) and LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn).

All fonts are hosted on our own website, so no data is sent to Google Fonts. We do not sell your data or use it for unsolicited marketing.

Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiries from prospects who do not become clients are deleted after two years at the latest. Client data is kept for the duration of the agreement and afterwards for as long as legal retention obligations require, such as the seven-year Dutch tax record requirement.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@tilteurope.com and we will respond within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This website is served over HTTPS with strict browser security settings. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server, enquiries are stored privately and are not readable from the website, and email is sent over encrypted connections.

Necessary local storage remembers your privacy choice. Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insight Tag load only after you explicitly accept optional measurement; choosing Necessary only keeps them off. You can reopen Cookie preferences in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time.
