Fashion logistics

Logistics built around fashion.

Fashion does not move like generic goods. Collections, sizes, drops and returns shape everything about how stock has to be received, stored, picked and reported. TILT is built around that reality.

01

Size & SKU complexity

A single style becomes dozens of sellable units once colourways and size curves are applied. Stock is organised and counted at that level, because a size run with a gap is an unsellable style.
02

Seasonal collections

New seasons land while carry-over is still selling. Inbound, storage and outbound have to run in parallel without collections contaminating each other.
03

Launches & drops

Drops create short, sharp volume peaks. Capacity, packing materials and staffing are planned around your release calendar in advance.
04

Wholesale orders

Buyer requirements differ per retailer: labelling, cartonisation, packing lists and delivery windows. Compliance is part of the pick, not an afterthought.
05

E-commerce orders

Consumer orders demand speed, accuracy and presentation. Packing is treated as part of your brand experience.
06

Returns

Fashion returns at volume. Inspection, grading and reintegration decide whether returned stock becomes revenue again or dead inventory.
07

Inventory accuracy

Accuracy per size is what keeps webshops, marketplaces and wholesale allocations honest. Cycle counting is continuous, not annual.
08

Multi-channel fulfilment

DTC, wholesale, retail and marketplace orders all draw from the same inventory, with clear allocation rules.
09

Retail distribution

Season deliveries and in-season replenishment to stores and wholesale partners across Europe.
Operational reality

Every unit is a style, a colour and a size

Handling fashion means treating the smallest unit — a single size of a single colourway — as the thing that matters. That is what makes allocation, availability and wholesale delivery reliable, in every channel at the same time.
